Gulshan has served as an Urdu and Islamiyat teacher at leading schools such as Beaconhouse and Lyceum School System, where she worked closely with young learners to develop a love for Islamic values and language. Currently, she teaches Quran Nazra with Tajweed to students of various age groups through online and on-site platforms. She holds a Master of Arts in Islamic Studies from the University of Peshawar and a Bachelor of Education from Sarhad University. Her academic foundation equips her with strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and student engagement. She is also certified in Quranic Translation (Urdu & Pashto) and Tajweed-ul-Quran from the prestigious Da’wah Academy at International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Gulshan began her professional journey as an Urdu teacher at Beaconhouse School System, where she taught young learners through creative language exercises, reading comprehension techniques, and writing development tools. After three years at Beaconhouse, she continued her teaching journey at Lyceum School System for four years, where she specialized in Islamiyat, emphasizing Quranic understanding, Islamic morals, and the rich legacy of Islamic history. Her approach focused not only on academic understanding but also on spiritual and moral refinement, nurturing a generation of values-driven students.
Currently, Gulshan Raza teaches Qur’an Nazra with Tajweed both online and on-site, working with students from diverse age groups and backgrounds. Her online teaching experience spans over 3 years, while her on-site instruction exceeds 16 years.
