Muhammad Shoaib Janjua specializes in people and organizational development with more than 8 years of experience in the field. He is deeply interested in holistic people development and tarbiyah. To achieve this objective, he routinely holds halaqas and study circles that address a variety of subjects, from Islamic psychology to Education. He teaches Seerah to both professionals and young students to motivate them to follow the Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. He has designed the curriculum and exercises for the practical Islamic Learning of Professionals and the course was delivered to hundreds of students across Pakistan.
Since he holds a great interest in Islamization of contemporary subjects, he is looking forward to design programs and policies in the field of Education, Leadership and Human Resources from Islamic Perspective. He believes that it’s important to bring the change at community and societal level in current age where the world is impacted with liberal and secular ideas. That makes education of our children and their tarbiyah being key for the future of Ummah and Shoaib is working on few models and curriculum in this domain.
For his personal development, he has been pursuing advanced knowledge of Deen through his Almiyaah Degree, under the guidance of classical scholars. He has taken courses of Islamic Psychology Level 1 and Level 2 with Al-Balagh Academy and currently pursuing few others as well. With regards to contemporary education, he is graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), the leading business school in Pakistan.
