Your commitment not only aids your personal growth but also helps spread valuable Islamic teachings, bringing you immense rewards. We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction with our programmes. We are committed to making it easy for students to cancel their registration if they change their mind or if the course does not meet their expectations within 4 weeks after the course start date. Refund Policy Overview
100% Money-Back Guarantee:
Al Balagh Academy maintains a consistent and clear refund policy applicable to our Online Alimiyyah Programme and Islamic Studies Programme (courses with a duration of 1 to 8 years). This unified approach ensures that all students, whether paying the Annual Fee upfront or opting for Monthly Fee payments, understand their financial commitments and rights. Students are entitled to a full refund if they cancel the course registration within the period mentioned below.
Time Frame:
Annual Fee Payments:
- Students are entitled to receive a 100% refund before the semester start date.
- Students are entitled to receive a 100% refund within 28 days after the semester start date.
- If students withdraw after 28 days, they are not entitled to receive the first semester fee, which is 50%. However, they are entitled to receive a 50% refund, which is the second semester fee.
- If a student pays the Annual Fee and completes the first semester, then in the second semester, if they apply for withdrawal, they will be entitled to get the refund for the second semester if they apply within 28 days after the second semester start date.
- After 28 days from the second semester, no refund will be available.
Note: Students can request not to receive the refund and transfer the applicable refund amount to the Al Balagh Scholarship Fund with the intention of donation to get an immense reward.
Monthly Fee Payments:
- This option is not a subscription service. It allows students to pay the Annual Fee in twelve monthly installments for ease of payment.
- By selecting this option, students commit to paying the Fee in agreed installments on time.
- Students can cancel and get a refund before the course start date.
- Students can withdraw from the course within 28 days after the first semester start date and get a full refund.
- If students apply for withdrawal after 28 days, they will not receive any refund, and they are obliged to pay the remaining semester 1 fee in agreed installments. The remaining semester 1 fee will be liable on them whether they are active or not.
- Students should request to stop the monthly fee for the second semester before the fee date if they are not joining the second semester.
- After joining the second semester, students will have the same 28-day period to apply for withdrawal and get a refund for that month. After 28 days, no refund will be available.
- Students are not allowed to stop the monthly payments during the semester, even if they are not active in the course. This will remain a liability, and the student must continue to pay the Fee.
Note: We understand that financial situations can change. If a student is not able to pay the monthly fee due to financial reasons, they can apply for the Al Balagh Scholarship to get support in the form of fee payment for the remaining semester. This is to ensure that students do not discontinue the programme because of their inability to pay the remaining fee. We are here to support our students.
Exceptions:
After the four-week window, no refunds are issued. In exceptional cases, students may receive Al Balagh Course Credit, amounting to 50% of the course fees, valid for one year. Students may request this credit by explaining their reasons to the academic admin board, whose decision will be final. While this accommodation is not guaranteed, we understand that students may face different situations, and we will try to accommodate reasonable requests. Students will be informed of the board's decision within four weeks after receiving the application.
Refund Process:
- Application: Email the Al Balagh Care Team at [email protected] to request a refund. Alternatively, find the course withdrawal and refund application link in the relevant section on LMS and submit the application.
- Processing: Refunds are processed within fourteen working days after receipt of the refund request.
- Reimbursement: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Donation: Instead of receiving the refund in their bank accounts, students can request to transfer the amount to the Al Balagh Scholarship Fund to support those who cannot afford the fee, with the intention of donating and getting an immense reward.
This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for students wishing to withdraw from a course, offering peace of mind while committing to their educational advancement with Al Balagh Academy.

- Students are requested not to make unnecessary refund requests, as each refund incurs transaction and payment costs for Al Balagh Academy.
Students must not stop monthly fee payments in a semester and must understand that by completing the admission process, they are committing to paying the first semester fee in monthly installments.
