City-based Ambassador

Role Summary: As a city-based ambassador for Al Balagh Outreach team, you will play a crucial role in representing our organization and spreading awareness about our programs and events in your local community. You will be a vital part of our efforts to reach out to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, promoting our mission of preserving and spreading prophetic knowledge through the latest technology. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local mosques, Islamic centers, and other organizations to increase our visibility and engagement. This volunteer role is perfect for those who are passionate about community outreach and are looking to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Al Balagh Outreach team in your local community
• Establish and maintain relationships with local mosques, Islamic centers, and other organizations to increase engagement
• Promote Al Balagh programs and events in your local community
• Act as a point of contact for individuals who are interested in volunteering or attending our events
• Gather feedback from the community and provide it to the Al Balagh team to help us improve our programs and events

Time Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 hour per week

(Time commitment is flexible depending on your schedule and you may take a break and resume again after discussing with your mentor)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Passion for community outreach and promoting Islamic knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the local Muslim community and organizations
• Proficiency in English and the local language(s) of your community

Role Summary: As a WhatsApp Ambassador for Al Balagh Outreach Team, you will play a crucial role in spreading Islamic knowledge and guidance to millions of Muslims worldwide through the latest communication technology. You will be responsible for responding to queries, disseminating information, and connecting with Muslims around the world via WhatsApp. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for Islamic learning, and a commitment to helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally
• Share information and resources related to Islamic knowledge and guidance
• Connect with Muslims around the world via WhatsApp, building relationships and networks
• Participate in group discussions and respond to individual queries
• Share Al Balagh content on your personal WhatsApp groups, WhatsApp status and WhatsApp messages to family, friends and colleagues.
• Maintain politeness, confidentiality and respect for all individuals while communicating. 

Time Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 minutes per week

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other online communication platforms
• Ability to research and provide relevant information and resources

Role Summary: The Facebook/Twitter Ambassador will play a crucial role in increasing Al Balagh Outreach team’s online presence and engagement with the wider community. As a volunteer, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing and growing our social media pages, and interacting with followers. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager and other team members to create and implement social media campaigns to increase awareness about Al Balagh Outreach team’s programs and services.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for Al Balagh Outreach team’s social media pages
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including Facebook and Twitter
• Interact with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the Campaign Manager and other team members to plan and execute social media campaigns
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to increase engagement and reach
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Time Requirements:

 Role Summary: As an Instagram Ambassador for Al Balagh Academy’s Outreach team, you will play a crucial role in spreading awareness of the organization’s mission to provide quality Islamic education to Muslims worldwide. This volunteer role involves managing Al Balagh Academy’s Instagram account and creating engaging content to increase the organization’s reach and engagement with its followers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Al Balagh Academy’s Instagram account, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
• Collaborate with the Outreach team to develop and implement social media strategies to increase the organization’s reach and engagement on Instagram
• Use hashtags and other strategies to increase Al Balagh Academy’s visibility on Instagram
• Monitor and report on the performance of Instagram content and engagement metrics

Time Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 hours per week

• Strong knowledge of Instagram and social media trends

Role Summary: The Campaign Manager volunteer will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Al Balagh Outreach Team’s various campaigns. This volunteer role will involve liaising between different teams, managing campaign timelines and budgets, creating and executing campaign plans, and evaluating campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between different Al Balagh Outreach teams to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to campaigns
• Develop campaign timelines and budgets, ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
• Create and execute campaign plans, including developing marketing materials and ensuring that campaigns are promoted across various channels
• Evaluate campaign performance, including measuring the impact and success of each campaign, and providing feedback for future improvements
• Communicate regularly with Al Balagh Outreach team leadership to report progress and seek guidance

Time Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3  hours per week

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization. The volunteer will work closely with the marketing team and provide valuable insights to help improve the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the academy’s course promotional strategy and goals
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Create and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote courses to the academy’s subscriber list
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement search engine optimization strategies to improve the visibility of the academy’s website on search engines
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
