Role Summary: As a Donor volunteer for Al Balagh Funding team, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting Al Balagh Academy’s mission of spreading Islamic knowledge and enhancing the Muslim community’s understanding of Islam. This volunteer role involves working closely with the Al Balagh Funding team to contribute financially to various projects and initiatives that will benefit the Muslim community.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute financially to various Al Balagh Academy projects and initiatives according to your ability and willingness to give
• Collaborate with the Al Balagh Funding team to identify and prioritize projects that align with your interests and values
• Attend fundraising events and campaigns organized by Al Balagh Academy
• Spread awareness about Al Balagh Academy’s mission and projects among your network of friends, family, and colleagues
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the Al Balagh Funding team on ways to improve the donation process and increase donor engagement.

Time Requirements:

• Flexible time commitment based on your availability and willingness to give.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• No specific skills or knowledge required to serve as a Donor volunteer
• Willingness to contribute financially to Al Balagh Academy projects and initiatives.

Fundraiser 

Role Summary: The Fundraiser volunteer will play a crucial role in supporting Al Balagh Academy’s mission to provide quality Islamic education to Muslims worldwide. This volunteer role involves working closely with the Al Balagh Funding team to help raise funds through various channels and initiatives. The volunteer will be responsible for helping to plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals, as well as cultivating relationships with donors and supporters.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Al Balagh Funding team to develop fundraising strategies and initiatives
• Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
• Cultivate relationships with donors and supporters, including thanking them for their contributions and keeping them updated on Al Balagh Academy’s work
• Research and identify new fundraising opportunities and channels
• Help create fundraising materials, such as donation forms and online campaigns
• Assist with administrative tasks related to fundraising, such as record-keeping and donor database management.

Time Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques

Role Summary: As a Patrons (Qardha Hasana Providers) volunteer for Al Balagh Academy’s Funding team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s mission to provide quality Islamic education to Muslims worldwide. Your volunteer role will involve providing interest-free loans to Al Balagh Academy when required. This will help ensure that the organization can continue to provide its programs and initiatives without any financial constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Al Balagh Funding team to understand the funding needs of the organization
• Provide interest-free loans to Al Balagh Academy when required
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions
• Work closely with the Al Balagh Funding team to ensure that the loans are used for their intended purpose
• Communicate with the Al Balagh Funding team to discuss loan repayment terms and schedules
